Books will be swapped in school on a Friday. Please try and read with your child frequently and ask them questions about the characters in the books and the story line to check they are understanding what they are reading.

Welcome to Year 3!
My name is Miss Ameyar and I am very excited to be your child’s teacher. This term we will be focusing on helping the children settle into Year 3 and continuing to build on their knowledge gained in Year 2 as well as transitioning into KS2.
Every term Year 3 will focus their work on a topic in each subject. Please see our newsletter below that outlines the topics children will cover in the Autumn term.

Times Tables
Children are encouraged to pratcice their times tables at home online using
PE
PE will be on a Monday this year. Please can children bring their full PE kit to school at the beginning of the term.
